To perform accurately analysis of a work related to a worker.SOLUTION: A work analysis device 1 for performing analysis related to a worker who performs a series of work including a plurality of element works, includes: a learning target data preparation unit for preparing learning target data including element work information for specifying any one of the plurality of element works and image information related to the worker who performs the element work specified by the element work information, for each of the plurality of element works; and a model generation unit for generating a model for identifying the element work having captured target image information for the target image information related to any of the plurality of element works, using the plurality of learning target data as teacher data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
