PURPOSE: To easily grasp the working state of workers independently of the length of a line and the number of workers and show the working state to the workers at real time.
CONSTITUTION: A measuring apparatus 105 is transported to a conveyer together with a work, the distance to a worker is measured by a distance measuring function 101, and the data is sent to a host 114 by a communication function 115. The data is analyzed by a data analyzing function 107 and made usable for working ability evaluation of respective workers to allot the works based on workers' work time, work starting position, work finishing position, work distance, shifting speed at the time of working, returning speed at the time of finishing the work, and alteration degree of these data.
