Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the safety of workers by controlling so as to start a work carrying only when a work completion confirming switch for all workers and a presence confirmation switch for instructing that all the workers are present out of a carrying area.
SOLUTION: In an assembling work or a transfer work onto a lifting base 3 on one side, respective workers press their own hand switches or foot switches, leave a rotary table and return to their own waiting positions at the point of time when the works handled by the respective workers are ended. When the respective workers returns to their own waiting positions, workers 1-3 sit in respective chairs 44-46 and press the respective hand switches, and workers 4, 5 press respective hand switches 40, 41 to declare the presence in the waiting positions. Only when all the switches are operated, a lifting base 3 is lowered, and a work receiver in the upper part is rotated to rotate the rotary table 2.
