Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a compact work cleaning device utilizing water, capable of remarkably reducing the drying time and enhanced in heat efficiency.
CONSTITUTION: A cleaning zone 12 utilizing water, an air-blow zone 15, a preheating zone 17 and a drying zone 19 are lined up in this order in the work convying direction X. Hot air Fw sucked from the preheating zone 17 and the external air Fa2 are mixed, the formed warm air Fm is supplied to the air-blow zone 15, and the air in the zones 19, 17, 15 and 12 is allowed to flow in the opposite direction RX to the work conveying direction X and forcedly exhausted from the cleaning zone 12 to the outside.
