Title:
WORK-DELAY DETECTION SYSTEM IN ASSEMBLY-LINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS5656412
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To promote the work efficiency in an assembly-line of engines or the like by grasping the progress of the work successively and preventing the delay of the work previously.

CONSTITUTION: A worker W1 applies works A, B, and C between P0 and P1 to an object 2 to be assembled on a conveyor 1, while another worker W2 carries on works D, E, and F between P1 and P2. Limit switches P0, P1, and P2 are on when the object 2 to be assembled reaches home positions P0, P1, and P2 and limit switches AWF are on when the conveyor 1 passes each work unit position. When the worker W1 executes the work A while the conveyor 1 passes a work unit, since a mat switch MS1 is stepped on by the worker W1, a relay CR2 is self-held to open its usually-closing contact CR2. Consequently, a work-delay indication lamp OL1 is not lit. When a work delay is given, since AS2 and AS3 are off when the conveyor 1 set LSC on, a relay CR6 cannot be self-held, and consequently, the work-delay indication lamp is lit to indicate the generation of the work delay.
