Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To objectively verify whether impervious sheets are normally engaged with each other and provide a work execution control method simple in verification principle and measuring structure.
SOLUTION: In this method, impervious sheets 1A and 1B have a male section 2 and female section 3 on either side in their respective longitudinal directions, and the impervious sheet 1B is set to penetrat in the ground with male section 2 and the female section 3 of the impervious sheet 1A engaged with the female section 2 and the male section 3 of the impervious sheet 1A having been put in the ground, which are adjacent to each other, to connect the two impervious sheets. In this case, which engaging the impervious sheet 1B with the impervious sheet 1A having been put in the ground, a small pilot piece 6 is engaged with the impervious sheet 1A beforehand. In this constitution, whether the impervious sheet 1B is normally engaged with the impervious sheet 1A having been put in the ground can be judged by measuring the travel amount of the pilot piece 6 which moves downward along the impervious sheet 1A having been put in the ground due to the penetration of the impervious sheet 1B.
