PURPOSE: To feed and attach works delivered from a parts holder automatically to a work attaching position one at a time by operating a working table, a work feed transmitting means, a work feeding means and a signal transmitting means in mutual linkage.

CONSTITUTION: When a work attaching position of a work attaching parts 4 held by a working table, which rotates in synchronism with a transmitting table 6, comes in close vicinity to a feeding shoot 3, a feeding arm 10 pushes one end of a feeding cam 12. As a result, the other end of the feeding arm 12 moves the end part of a feeding plate 8 through a connecting pin 9 and also moves a delivery rail 2 through a fulcrum 14. A feed rail 1 has works fed from a parts feeder 7 orderly stored thereon and, when the delivery rail 2 is connected to the lower end of the feed rail 1, works are moved to the delivery rail 2 one at a time. Works are then guided to the work attaching position by their tare weight and forcibly attached thereon by a press-in device 15.
