Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work glove little in heavy metal migrativity and dust generation and used in clean rooms, and to provide a method for producing the glove. SOLUTION: This method for producing a work glove for clean rooms comprises dipping a glove mold in a paste sol containing 0.25 wt.% of an emulsifier originated from a polyvinyl chloride resin, lifting the glove mold, thermally gelling the paste sol adhered to the glove mold, again dipping the glove mold in an inner surface-treating agent, again lifting the glove mold, drying the adhered agent and subsequently reversing and demolding the formed glove. Lubricant powder having an average particle diameter of 0.1-1.5 μm may be added to the inner surface-treating agent, and <=0.5 wt.% of a metal stabilizer or a metal-containing thickener may be added to the paste sol.
