Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify structure by improving relative positional precision in a one- to-one relation between a winding part and a winding mechanism and minimizing index rotation of a spindle, etc., or a rotary mechanism of continuous rotation in a winding machine to wind a wire on a plural number of poles of a work.
SOLUTION: A chuck 13 is symmetrically provided relative to a rotational center on a turn table 16 as a revolving member, and a common chuck holding part 14 to be clamped by the chuck 13 and a common connecting part 11 to a spindle 3 are formed on a jig 10. Additionally, it is possible to make an upper part of the jig 10 in a different shape in accordance with the kind of a work. In the case when winding is performed on a work W in a winding part 2, the chuck 13 is opened, and the work W is divisionally rotated through the spindle 3 and the jig 10 by a motor 6. A work after winding and a work before winding are changed with each other on the jig 10 in an idle part 15 on the opposite side during this winding. When winding is finished, the turn table 16 rises, the jig 10 and the spindle 3 are separated, the turn table 16 turns by 180 degrees in the state, the work after winding moves to the idle part 15, and the work before winding moves to the winding part 2.
