Abstract:
To realize quick and simple joining method of works made of light metal with excellent working efficiency, a strong and smooth finish, capable of overall continuous joining, and seal property and work environment is satisfied.
This work joining method in which ends of at least one pair of works W made by casting or extruded material of light metal is welded and joined to each other, joined surfaces 1a and 2a of works W are respectively formed with projection/recess parts R, and welding is applied to the works W in a state in which the projection/recess parts R are fitted to each other.
