Abstract:

To provide a long and thin work light to push or pull a belt for inspecting the tension of the belt by illuminating and pressing the belt, or for correctly replacing and repairing the belt under brightness, because automobile is recently extremely progressed and devices in an engine room became too crowded to easily insert hand for checking the tension or damages of a belt, and a conventional large work lamp is too dark to efficiently and correctly perform a replacement or repairing work for each devices make their shadows.

An electric bulb 2 and a belt press member 1 are disposed in the end portion of a long and thin handle 3, and cables 6 and clips 4 are disposed in another end portion. The clips 4 are connected to a battery to illuminate the electric bulb 2. The work light is inserted into the engine room for illuminating and inspecting the tension of the belt by pressing or pulling the belt by the pressing member 1, and for replacement or repair of parts.
