Abstract:
To improve workability.SOLUTION: An electric cutter 10 has a guide mechanism 80 which guides forward and rearward movement of a blade 72 and operates the guide mechanism 80 to change a direction of the blade 72 as seen in an anteroposterior direction. Specifically, a guide plate 81 of the guide mechanism 80 is rotated around an axis of an inner guide 45 by manual operation of a worker to change the direction of the blade 72 as seen in the anteroposterior direction. Thus, the direction of the blade 72 relative to a workpiece W placed in front of the blade 72 can be changed. The structure allows the direction of the blade 72 relative to the workpiece W to be changed without changing a direction of the entire electric cutter 10 relative to the workpiece W. Therefore, workability of the electric cutter 10 can be improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
