This work management device for managing working conditions of the working machine is equipped with a focus selecting button 110 for selectively switching between a working machine body display mode as the display mode of displaying a working machine symbol 100 as a main body on a display screen 101 of a display unit and moving a large block 102 as a work object area depending on the movement of the working machine, and a terrain body display mode as the display mode of fixedly displaying an arbitrarily selected position of terrain in the center of the screen, and moving the symbol 100 with respect to the fixedly displayed large block 102.
