Abstract:
PURPOSE: To automate carrying-out work to the outside and improve work efficiency by palletizing a work (semi-product lead frame) which is cut to a prescribed specification according to the type of the prescribed specification.
CONSTITUTION: Works KL which are sent from a previous process is divided into two upper and lower stages by a division device 10, the respective divided works KL are transferred to a transferring device 20 of two upper and lower stages to place the transferred works KL on a protective plate 46 by a transferring device 40, and the works KL stored on the protective plate 46 are carried onto a transferring device 50 by carrier devices 42, 44, 45 to be transferred.
