PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work plan creation system capable of efficiently creating a work plan taking into account a selected menu.SOLUTION: The work plan creation system for managing the order in which each of a plurality of work processes is executed using a computer system, includes: a plan generation unit for generating a work plan in which a plurality of work processes are combined in time series; a menu database for storing, for each menu indicating a variation of the work plan, work processes altered from the work processes and attributes of the work processes in association with each other; and a menu selection unit for selecting the menu. The plan generation unit updates the work plan based on the altered work processes on the menu selected by the menu selection unit and the attributes of the work processes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
