Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the production efficiency of works such as napkins and precisely fold the woks so as not to spoil the commodity value.
SOLUTION: A rotary folding/delivery machine includes a work direction changing mechanisms 11 by which paper napkins N that are carried in are changed from a vertical posture to a horizontal posture, a rotary drum 12 that supports the work direction changing mechanisms 11 at constant intervals along the circumference, and a work folding mechanism 13 that folds the paper napkins N in the horizontal posture with the rotation of the rotary drum 12. While the paper napkins N are received and delivered to the following process by the work direction changing mechanisms 11, the paper napkins N in the horizontal posture are folded in three by the work folding mechanism 13 after the paper napkins N are changed form the vertical posture to the horizontal posture by the wok direction changing mechanisms 11.
