Abstract:
To enable a work vehicle like a rice-planting machine to perform a turn control of a vehicle body that cannot be done conventionally.SOLUTION: A work vehicle includes: running wheels; a steering member drive device that drives a steering member; a control device that controls the steering member drive device; and a detecting mechanism that performs a detection relating to the turning state of a vehicle body. The control device performs a turn control when the vehicle body that is running straight is caused to automatically turn. While the turn control, it is determined whether or not the vehicle body is automatically turning appropriately on the basis of the slipping amounts of the running wheels. The detecting mechanism detects the number of rotations of the running wheel and the distance that the vehicle body actually travels. The slipping amount is calculated, and in the turning state, when the slipping amount is small, braking is performed on the turn-inside rear wheel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 25
