Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a worker management system capable of managing access to a predetermined area in accordance with workers' attributes.SOLUTION: A worker management system includes: a worker attribute database in which device information capable of identifying a transmission device transmitting positional information indicating a position of a worker is associated with the attribute of the worker; an area database in which each of plural areas obtained by dividing a worksite is associated with an off-limits level corresponding to an attribute set for the area, in a site model that is updated in accordance with work progress; and a server that identifies the attribute of a management target worker having the transmission device on the basis of the received device information and the worker attribute database, identifies a present area where the target worker is present on the basis of the positional information and the site model, and identifies an off-limits level of the present area for the target worker on the basis of the identified attribute of the target worker, the identified present area, and the area database.
