To provide a work flow managing system smoothly processing settlement work and promoting examination.
The work flow managing system is provided with a work flow managing means for acquiring an examination status, selecting an appropriate examiner and carrying out a work flow, a notifying means for sending notification mail of an examination request to the selected examiner, and an examination registering means for registering an examination result by the examiner receiving a notice by the notifying means or an examiner not receiving the notice but having authority to examine. The work flow managing means selects an examiner who should carry out examination most swiftly from examiners not carrying out examination, and sends the notification mail to the examiner. By this, since an examiner not having a turn in examination can examine, each examiner can efficiently carry out examination scheduled to occur in the future along with present work, and a delay of work due to absence or a business trip or the like of an examiner can be prevented.
