Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of travelling distance by storing the correction data of the travelling distance of inertia and permitting a correction section to read the data to correct the error between the detection value and the travelling distance caused by the processing error of a driving ring. CONSTITUTION:A working carriage 1 stores the correction data correcting the error of the travelling distance of inertia of a working carriage 1 and travelling distance data inputted from a control panel 7. The carriage 1 detects the processing error of the driving ring and corrects the error between the detected value with the travelling distance of the carriage 1. The carriage 1 compares the detected travelling distance of the carriage 1 with the inputted distance data and stops automatically when the travelling distance and the distance data agree. Thus, each correction can eliminate the influence on the travelling distance of inertia and the influence due to the dimension error of the driving ring, resulting in improving the reliability of the travelling distance of the carriage 1. Thus, an operator can take hands off the carriage.
