PURPOSE: To prevent the trouble of production equipment and deterioration of the working rate by calculating the maintenance time from the working rate of the equipment to previously announce this time and stopping automatically and forcibly the operation of the equipment at the operation limit time or in the limit operation frequency.
CONSTITUTION: An arithmetic part 15 calculates the working rate of the production equipment based on the information received from a measuring part 14 and also calculates the next maintenance time for each maintenance item based on the operation time and the operation frequency counted from the precedent maintenance time and also on the maintenance data. A comparing part 16 compares the maintenance data with the operation time and the operation frequency respectively. Based on these comparation results, a control part 17 informs an automatic electronic parts inserting device 2 of the stop of mechanical operations via an external interface part at the operation limit time or in the limit operation frequency. Thus the operation of the production equipment is stopped. This fact is informed to a worker via a display part 18. The maintenance time is also shown at the part 18.
