Abstract:
PURPOSE: To fully automate the operations, i.e., the supply of the outer ring and the inner ring of a ring-shaped work made by engaging the outer ring and the inner ring, the heating of the outer ring, the shrinkage heating of the outer ring and the inner ring, the welding of the front and the rear of the fitting part of the outer ring and the inner ring and bringing out of a completed article.
CONSTITUTION: This working device is equipped with a first conveyer transferring an inner ring 2, an outer ring transfer line arranged perpendicular to the first conveyer, and second conveyer and third conveyer arranged, extending in the same line direction as the first conveyer from the intersection of the first conveyer and the outer ring transfer line. Outer rig stock part, outer ring heating station, shrinkage heating jig, and clamping claw device performing receipt and delivery among these are provided. The chuck transfer device of the inner ring 2 is provided. A rotary welding device is provided. Consequently, the reduction of workers and working with high efficiency are attained.
