Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately perform regeneration of a filter in an exhaust emission control device even when a fan rotating by using power of an engine is provided.SOLUTION: A work machine includes: an exhaust emission control device having a filter for capturing particulate matters included in exhaust gas discharged from a diesel engine and a regeneration control section for regenerating the filter by commanding the diesel engine to increase speed of the diesel engine; a power transmission section to which rotating power of an output shaft of the diesel engine is input and that changes first rotating power as the input rotating power to second rotating power and then outputs the second rotating power; and a fan rotatable by using the second rotating power output from the power transmission section. During the filter regeneration, the power transmission section decreases the first rotating power that has been increased along with increase in the speed of the diesel engine and transmits the decreased rotating power to the fan as the second rotating power.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
