Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obviate the need for revelling plywoods, allow the floor construction to be easily performed at the construction site and remove stepped parts between floor panels for a walker not to feel a sense of physical disorder when he treads on the spacing parts between the floor panels during walking.
CONSTITUTION: A unit supporting legs 4 are arranged at specified pitches on a foundation floor face, and floor panels 15 are arranged through specified spacings so that their edge parts can be supported by the unit supporting legs. By means of a cutting tool having a groove cutting edge on the lower end periphery of its rotary shaft and having a projected rotary cutting edge at a specified upper place, a stepped part is cut on each upper end edge part of the adjacent floor panels, and simultaneously with this, a groove is cut on each end face along the end edge. In order that longitudinal edge parts 30a, 30b of the sheet-like upper member 30 of a spacing closing member 29 are placed on the stepped parts 27 of the floor panels, leg members 31 are fitted into the spacing between the adjacent floor panels, and claw parts 32 projected outside the leg members are fitted into groove parts 28 on the end faces of the floor panels. Thus, the spacing between the adjacent floor panels is closed. Thereafter, a floor covering-material is laid on the floor panels.
