Abstract:
PURPOSE: To drastically increase the dimensional accuracy of the head height and to omit or drastically curtail the adjusting work of the head position at the assembly stage thereafter, by performing the relative alignment of the track tip part of a video head and a working wire with ≤±1μm accuracy.
CONSTITUTION: The relative position of a traveling wire 1 and the track tip part of a video head 3 is detected by a detection means 5. The relative alignment of the track tip part of the video head 3 and the working wire 1 is performed with the accuracy in ≤±1μm by a positioning means 10 based on this detection value. The accuracy of head height dimension can thus be improved.
