To provide a workpiece rotating/carrying device provided with excellent function and improved in profitability while reducing the number of mechanism without using an expensive mechanism.

The device has a base, a carrying table provided with plural work loading bases freely to be rotated, a rotary shaft for supporting the carrying table in relation to the base freely to be rotated, a motor and an output shaft, a rotary transmitting mechanism having a transmitting and selecting means for interlocking the output shaft with each work loading base of the carrying table and for selecting the interlock between them, a joint for selectively connecting the rotary shaft for carrying table to the output shaft and the rotary shaft to the base. The joint is provided with a first selection drive means for selecting a first position for connecting the rotary shaft to the output shaft and a second position for connecting the rotary shaft for the carrying table to the base, and a second selection drive means for moving the transmitting and selecting mechanism of the rotary transmitting mechanism for the carrying table while selecting the interlock position between the output shaft and the work loading base.
