Abstract:
To provide a workpiece polishing apparatus that polishes a cylindrical or a columnar workpiece and that polishes both bolt and nut by one apparatus.
The workpiece polishing apparatus 10 includes: a chuck 161 that holds a nearly cylindrical or columnar workpiece and is rotationally driven; a brush body 132 that comes in contact with the inner or outer peripheral face of the workpiece and polishes the surface; a brush pressing cylinder 208 that presses the brush body 132 against the inner or outer peripheral face of the workpiece; and a brush elevating cylinder 206 that moves the brush body 132 in the height direction of the workpiece.
