Abstract:
To provide a workpiece storage box conveyance device capable of conveying a workpiece storage box at high positional accuracy by repeating the same actions, and to provide a conveyance method for a workpiece storage box.SOLUTION: A workpiece storage box conveyance device 100 includes: a cylinder 112; n-pieces (n is a natural number of 3 or greater) of first positioning parts 114 spaced by a first distance d; n-pieces of second positioning parts 115 spaced by the first distance d; a first locking part 116 connected to one end part 112a of the cylinder 112, and locked to any one of the n-pieces of first positioning parts 114; a second locking part 117 connected to the other end part 112b of the cylinder, and locked to any one of the n-pieces of second positioning parts 112; and a first conveyance part 110 having a workpiece storage box holding part 132 for holding a workpiece storage box 52.
