Abstract:
To provide a workpiece fixing device for fixing a plurality of workpieces to a table of a machine tool, a workpiece vice, and an intermediate jaw, which have excellent workability for collectively machining a plurality of kinds of workpieces having different width dimensions.SOLUTION: An intermediate jaw 3 is used by being mounted between a fixed jaw 22 and a movable jaw 23 of a vice. The intermediate jaw 3 has a cap holder 4 fixed to a slide base 31 slidable in the same direction as the movable jaw 23, and a cap unit 5 stored in the cap holder. The cap unit 5 has a cap 6a having a driven wedge surface 58 on a back face, a drive wedge 55 which advances/retreats in a direction orthogonal to an advancing/retreating direction of the cap, and an advancing/retreating device 51 of the wedge.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
