Title:
WOUND CORE MANUFACTURING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3487446
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To make a continuous process extending to a winding of a unit laminated material conduct automatically to improve a productivity by a method wherein the feeding of a steel strip, the formation of a unit steel strip and a winding-in of the steel strip into a winding-in device are continuously made to conduct.
CONSTITUTION: A wound core manufacturing device is provided with a winding-in device 20 of a structure that a wound core 23 is formed on the outer periphery of a spool 10 by making a unit steel strip wind in between a winding-in belt 13 and the spool 10, and a steel strip feeder 29 provided with a feed motor 28, which drives a feed roller 25 via a belt 27 for feeding a steel strip SS. A flying shear 40 is arranged between the feeder 29 and the device 22. The steel strip SS under travel is cut at a predeterminated cutting position while shears 42 and 43 are moved at the same speed as that of the steel strip SS. An output pulse from an ecoder E2 is made to input in a feeder counter 48 to calculate and a computation CF to show the feed length of an uncut steel strip SS is made to output from the counter 48.
