Abstract:
PURPOSE: To allow a web as product to be moved in the axial direction of a takeout shaft with a minor force when the web is taken out of the takeout shaft of a slitter, and provide possibility of sending this web from the takeout shaft directly to the side.
CONSTITUTION: With possibility of elevating and sinking, a first roller conveyor 16 is installed at the bottom of each of the takeout shafts arranged up and down in the takeup part A of a slitter, and a second roller conveyor 43 is installed in series connection with the first roller conveyor 16. The second roller conveyor 43 is elevated and sunk is synchronization with the first roller conveyor 16. When sheet is being wound, the first roller conveyor 16 is retreated to the downmost position of sinking, and it is raised and the undersurface of the web S is supported when the web is to be taken out.
