Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a woven fabric inspection device capable of easily setting the moving speed of a sensor head in consideration of the moving speed of a woven fabric.
CONSTITUTION: An endless belt 4 is reciprocatingly circulated by the reciprocating drive of a motor 5, and a sensor head 2 is reciprocated along a rail 1. A speed detector 11 is installed near one end section of a woven fabric W. A speed setting circuit 12 calculates the reciprocating speed of the sensor head 2 based on the rotation angle information obtained from the speed detector 11. A motor control circuit 14 is connected to the speed setting circuit 12. The motor control circuit 14 controls the rotating speed of the motor 5 based on the speed command from the speed setting circuit 12.
