To provide a wrap film bearing type IC tag reader/writer 1 capable of winding a wrap film 8 around a product, a package 11 or the like on a pallet 20 simultaneously with reading of a non-contact IC tag 10.
In the wrap film bearing type IC tag reader/writer 1, which comprises a wrap film bearing part 3 and a grip part 4 and in which a paper tube 9 of a wrap film 8 is rotated from the wrap film bearing part 3 in the state that the paper tube 9 is attached to the wrap film bearing part 3, the wrap film bearing part 3 is formed of a cylindrical plastic tube and is internally provided with a reader/writer antenna, and an IC tag reader/writer body part is installed in the grip part 4. Both the antenna and the reader/writer body part may be installed in the grip part 4.
