Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform precise wrapping of a sheet 20 to a substrate 1, in which the sheet 20 is adhered to and integrated with a surface 1a of the substrate 1 or peripheral side faces 1b, 1b, 1c, 1c, in a wrapping decorative sheet A.SOLUTION: A sheet 20 is adhered to a surface of a substrate 1. When edge parts corresponding to a side side face 1b, and an end side face 1c facing each other on the substrate 1 out of peripheral edge parts of the sheet 20, are folded respectively at folding lines L1, L2 on corner parts of periphery of a surface of the substrate 1, positions of extension lines L1e, L2e of two folding lines L1, L2 of the sheet 20 on outside of the surface 1a of the substrate 1 on corner parts of adjacent two sides of the substrate 1, are cut by laser, then, edge parts corresponding to the side side face 1b and the end side face 1c on the substrate 1 are folded out of the peripheral edge parts of the sheet 20, then the edge parts are compressed to side faces of the substrate 1, and are adhered by solidifying an adhesive.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
