To easily cut a wrapping film by tilting the blade tip section of a cutting member at the central location in the widthwise direction of the wrapping film toward a front side plate direction, in a wrapping film housing case wherein the cutting member is provided at the tip end edge section of a covering lid piece which can pinch the wrapping film with the front side plate.

A lid body 2 of this wrapping film housing case covers the opening of the case main body. In this case, the base end of the lid body 2 is integrally connected to the upper end opening edge section of the rear side plate of the case main body. Then, a cutting member 3 to cut a wrapping film 4, which is pulled out from the opening of the case main body, is attached to the internal surface side of the tip end edge section of a covering lid piece 21. At this time, a tip end saw blade section 31 is projected from the tip end section of the covering lid piece 21. At the same time, the plate tip section 31a of the tip end saw blade section 31 is provided under a tilting state in the direction to a front side plate 13. By this constitution, the wrapping film 4 can be smoothly and surely cut over the total length in the widthwise direction.
