At least one material having an Izot impact strength of not more than 18 kJ/m2 and a tensile elongation of not more than 20%, selected from (A) an ethylene-cyclic olefin random copolymer obtained by copolymerizing ethylene and a cyclic olefin of formula I or II, (B) a ring-opening polymerized polymer or a copolymer of a cyclic olefin of formula I or II, (C) a hydride of component B and (D) a graft modified material of component A, B or C is used. In formula I, (n) is 0 or 1; (m) is 0 or an integer of not less than 1; (q) is 0 or 1; R1-R18, Ra and Rb are each H, a halogen or a hydrocarbon. In formula II, (p) and (q) are each 0 or an integer of not less than 1; (m) and (n) are each 0-2; R1-R19 are each H, a halogen, an aliphatic, an alicyclic or an aromatic hydrocarbon, or an alkoxy.
