Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wrapping method for an electrode plate capable of accurately folding a separator along a folding line, and accurately adjusting the folded part to an edge of an electrode to accurately wrap a electrode plate.
SOLUTION: In this wrapping method a folding jig 3 is pressed on a separator for forming a folding line and the separator is folded into two along the folding line for wrapping an electrode plate. The folding jig 3 is provided with two parallel projected streaks 3a on its pressing surface with separation width C larger than the thickness of the electrode plates to be wrapped, and the projected streaks 3a of the folding jig 3 are pressed on the separator for forming the folding line.
