Title:
WRIST WATCH SET CAPABLE OF POSITION CONFIRMATION WITHIN PREDETERMINED RANGE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3806909
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a set of portable wrist-watch type wireless apparatuses with alarms capable of confirming that a large number of persons and objects are within a predetermined range.
SOLUTION: The set of wrist watches are equipped with a radio communication function and an alarm function, and a parent apparatus and each child apparatus perform transmission and reception of electric waves mutually within a predetermined range. These wrist watches are provided with a function of operating the alarm function portions (alarming by signal sounds or vibration) of the both when the parent apparatus and a child apparatus separate exceeding the predetermined range, and always confirming that the persons are within the predetermined range even though the number of the persons is large. By making them a wrist watch type of a parent/child function suitable for carrying, even infants and elderly people can wear the apparatuses without resistance and use them outdoors also. Their wrist watch portions have a waterproofing function, and are so devised as not to become defective by causing them to have durability against physical shocks. Each child apparatus is so structured that its belt portion can be locked after being attached to prevent a child-apparatus carrying person from detaching the apparatus by himself or herself. Its key is attached to the wrist watch of the parent apparatus, and the child apparatus can be detached individually.
