Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent contamination of other persons by allowing bacteria to become extinct (killed)even if a polluter uses it.
CONSTITUTION: A writing instrument case is formed of a thermoplastic resin mixed with the desired adding quantity of antibacterial agent to suppress the propagation of bacteria adhered to the surface of the case after its use by the agent and to allow the bacteria to be extinct with the lapse of a time.
