Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a valve opening operation for separating a rotary body from an inward head end edge of a tip assuredly and stably for a long time.
SOLUTION: In a mounting process to a head end opening of a liquid tank 1, a length L1 from an opened end face 4-20 of a cap 4 for sealing a tip 2 mounted on the outer periphery of the head end opening in a tightly adhered state to its inside bottom 4-l is set to a length L2 from the head end of the tip 2 to near a cap mounting base end 3-1. On an outer periphery of a cylindrical part 7-1 formed into a cylindrical shape in the direction of the head end from the cap mounting base end, an elastic member 7 formed by connecting a connecting section 16 which is intermittently protruded in the peripheral direction along the end opening edge and a cap returning rebound section 13 arranged in parallel irregularly so as to ensure a deformation run out cavity 17 in between each connecting section and a cap mounting base end and in a manner protruded intermittently in the peripheral direction is mounted.
