Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the altering of inspection conditions during scanning. SOLUTION: A dialogue control part 3 transmits a series of inspection conditions (expert plan) to a scan control part 5 being divided into a plurality of elements with respective identification numbers added thereto. The scan control part 5 performs a scan control according to the inspection conditions given in the respective elements. When the altering of the inspection conditions is directed through an operating part 2, the dialogue control part 3 transfers the identification numbers of the elements altered to a scan control part 5 to temporarily halt the execution of scanning. The elements after altered are transferred to the scan control part 5. The scan control part 5 restarts the scan control corresponding to the elements after altered waiting for the ON operation of a confirm button 21 provided at the operating part 2. This can facilitate the altering of the inspection conditions during the scanning by handling the series of inspection conditions being divided into the plurality of elements.
