Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce noise and photo-noise of circuit system effectively, attain high sensitiveness effective under various types of scan conditions, and prevent generation of overflow.
CONSTITUTION: The number of over-sampling of an over-sampling circuit 22 installed on a DAS 21 is determined according to the conditions of scan for every scan. A controller 23 is provided by which the oversampling number determined is set in the circuit 22.
