Abstract:
To provide an X-ray detector capable of reducing cross talk of radiation scattered in the X-ray detector divided in two directions in the space, and being manufactured very accurately in large quantities with an allowable cost, and a scintillator for protecting a semiconductor structure against an X-ray.
In this X-ray detector 8 having a sensor matrix and a scintillator device 20, wire elements 21, 22 are separated on layers A, B for reducing the cross talk relative to adjoining detection elements, and the scintillator 23 is inserted at least partially into a grid opening part 24 formed in this way.
