Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the risk of outputting X-ray exceeding the capacity of a power supply facility in an X-ray power supply, and to continue X-ray inspection with no problem of safety facility of medical institution.SOLUTION: An X-ray power supply 10 includes a battery unit 21, a battery control unit 22 for charging the battery unit 21 based on a commercial power supply 2, a switching unit 24 for switching a use power supply to the battery unit 21 when a determination is made that it is available as a power supply, otherwise switching a use power supply to the commercial power supply 2, a high voltage generator 26 performing X-ray exposure from an X-ray tube 11a by generating a high voltage based on the use power supply, and a control unit 27 for limiting X-ray exposure by the high voltage generator 26 when the use power supply is the commercial power supply 2.
