Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide X-ray fluoroscopic equipment that can maintain the position of an initial viewpoint in the visual field of an X-ray camera and fluoroscopic enlargement rate when the X-ray camera is inclined, can prevent x, y coordinates before inclination when positioning the sample at a desired position in the visual field of the X-ray camera from being changed, and can use the coordinates as they are even after the inclination.
SOLUTION: A travel mechanism (yT axis movement mechanism) 23 for correction for moving travel mechanisms 21, 22 for positioning in a direction (y-axis direction) along the inclination direction of the X-ray camera 3 is provided separately from the movement mechanisms 21, 22 for positioning for positioning a sample table 2 in the directions of x, y axes. The sample table 2 is moved by the positioning mechanism 23 for correction when the X-ray camera 3 is inclined, and is moved in the direction of a z axis. The viewpoint before the inclination and the fluoroscopic enlargement rate are maintained and the coordinates before the inclination of the movement mechanisms 21, 22 for positioning can be used as they are even after the inclination.
