To provide an X-ray system or an X-ray generating device capable of irradiating accurate X-ray image, prevented from a problem related to a high speed switching from an X-ray irradiation with grid control to the same without grid control with high realizability.
A grid of an X-ray tube is shielded while an X-ray irradiation is read out (or a film or PCR is taken out from a X-ray path) after X-ray irradiation. After the X-ray irradiation is read out, the grid is released from the shielding, and electrostatic capacity of the system is discharged through the X-ray tube. Accordingly, an excessive irradiation (especially problematic for a thin object), caused by the energy preserved in the system and cable capacity, is avoided, and the system is switched from an X-ray tube with grid to the X-ray tube without grid without problem.
