Abstract:
To provide a product-reliable x-ray tube and a manufacturing method thereof, or provide an x-ray tube with high manufacturing yield and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: An x-ray tube includes a first support member 11, a base member 12, a pin, and a first brazing material 21. The first support member 11 is formed in a tubular shape. The base member 12 includes a plate portion 12a opposed to one end of the first support member 11 over the entire circumference, and a protrusion 12b protruding from the plate portion 12a and opposed to the outer peripheral surface Sb of the first support member. The pin is supported by the base member 12. The first brazing material 21 is provided in a gap g between the first support member 11 and the base member 12 and joins the first support member 11 and the base member 12 in an airtight manner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
