Abstract:
To prevent image deterioration due to a movement of a focus by a thermal expansion of an anode member in an X-ray tube device.
The X-ray tube device has a rotating anode structure comprising the anode member comprising a fixing part 14 for rotatably supporting a rotary shaft 12 via a bearing 13. The fixing part 14 consists of a composite material impregnate with particles of copper and molybdenum.
