PURPOSE: To advance a water playing device stably by a sail while sinking the body in the water in the water playing device to play while floating it on the water.

CONSTITUTION: A mast 2 to unfurl a sail 3 is erected on a front upper surface of a float body 1. A rudder 4 is arranged in a rear part of a float body 1. A through hole 19 into which a man enters is arranged in the float body 1. Center boards 5 are arranged under the float body 1 so as to project downward. A bottom plate 21 on which the man can get is arranged under the through hole 19 in the float body 1. The bottom plate 21 can be changed into a vertical optional height to the float body 1.
