The yarn delivery device comprises two delivery rollers 1 and 2. One delivery roller is resiliently urged against the other delivery roller 2, and one roller 2 of the two delivery rollers is disposed in a floated position so as to make either selected motion of swivel motion and swing motion relative to the other delivery roller 1. The yarn delivery device is so designed that the floated delivery roller 2 is formed as a rotationally symmetric hollow body whose internal wall is supported on a ball-shaped support body 12, and that the support body is held on a shaft to enable the position of the floated delivery roller to be changed only in a plane defined by the axes of the two delivery rollers.
